Domestic violence
In 2009, VeV Switzerland founded ZwüscheHalt,.
This was prompted by recurring accounts from fathers of domestic violence against them.
In 2014, the project became an independent association, and since 2020, the two organizations have operated completely independently. However, the issue of domestic violence remains a pressing concern for VeV. Just as with abuse , it is crucial to examine this issue closely. Domestic violence can (and often is) brought up in legal proceedings. Here, too, a shift in blame is possible. For this reason, we continue to address this issue. We are pleased that our project has grown into a well-known organization with three locations. This allows us to refer affected men to ZwüscheHalt for further counseling.
