Domestic violence
In 2009, VeV Switzerland founded the first and still only men's and fathers' house ZwüscheHalt .
This is due to recurring stories from affected fathers about incidents of domestic violence against them.
In 2014 the project became its own association, and since 2020 the two organizations have operated completely independently of each other. But of course the topic of domestic violence remains current in the VeV. Just as with the topic of abuse , it is important to look closely here too. Domestic violence can (and is) often brought forward in proceedings. Here, too, there may be a possible reversal of guilt. For this reason, we are sticking with this topic. We are happy that our project has become a well-known organization with currently 3 locations. This means we can refer the men affected to ZwüscheHalt for further advice.
