As was revealed today, the Aargau High Court attempted to secretly deport Sandra last Thursday. Only the fierce resistance of the 13-year-old girl ultimately prevented them from doing so.

In its communiqué today, the High Court relies on an expert opinion from the Winterthur Hospital. The hospital certified that Sandra is doing well and is not suicidal.
However, in a report by Schweiz Aktuell, the hospital's expert immediately denied this. The report was written at the time when Sandra was living with the foster family in eastern Switzerland.
It is becoming increasingly clear that the Higher Court and the responsible authorities from Rheinfelden have made a hopeless mistake and are now trying by all means to cover up their errors.
Denying a child contact with their closest caregivers for several days and keeping them in solitary confinement is inhumane and violates all human rights.
