Criminal charges filed against official guardian
The foster father of the 13-year-old girl who is to be returned to her mother in Brazil against her will has filed a criminal complaint against the responsible guardian at the Rheinfelden district office.
The accusation is that the girl was unlawfully deprived of her liberty and neglected her duty of care. According to the foster father, in whose care Sandra B. was for three months, the court-appointed guardian represented the interests of the mother and the Aargau courts rather than those of the girl.
