Not again!!!

The Aargau High Court has made a scandalous decision! Two more children are to be deported to Brazil against their will.

The two boys, Christian and Cassio, live with their father in Aargau. Like their father, they are Swiss citizens. Both clearly state that they do not want to return to their mother in Brazil and give clear reasons for this.

But the Aargau judges want nothing to do with that.
The High Court has ruled – the boys must return. And because the father has appealed to the Federal Supreme Court, they want to act very quickly now, even before the Federal Supreme Court can consider the appeal for reconsideration. They want to create a fait accompli before justice is served. Just like they did a few weeks ago with Sandra!

 

We at VeV will not allow ancient moral concepts to be perpetuated again at the expense of children.

We urge the Aargau High Court to immediately reverse its decision and allow the two children to remain in Switzerland!
