Despite all the father's efforts, the courts have ruled against his children. Once again, they have placed a mother's right to her children above the children's right to their own free will.

After the police had already been to the scene earlier in the day but left again, the father and children were already in bed when the doorbell rang at 10:00 p.m. A police officer was standing outside, claiming to have new information. Once inside the apartment, he informed the father that he was coming to collect the children. According to the father, he then proceeded with considerable force to remove the two boys, who had locked themselves in the bathroom. The father, who intervened, described the situation as extremely aggressive and expressed shock at the police's violent actions. Contrary to the authorities' promises, no child psychologist was present.

The VeV condemns this action in the strongest possible terms! We are appalled by the actions of the police and the authorities behind them. For the second time, children are being abducted against their will from the care of loved ones by armed police officers. Is it really possible that we in Switzerland already need armed police squads to take away innocent children?
