The VeV hotline with short consultations is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
In addition to the regional advice meetings and detailed separation advice, VeV Switzerland is now also offering short telephone advice.
The new VeV hotline is available Monday to Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Behind it, advisors from the association are available to give callers a free 30-minute immediate consultation to give them an assessment of their current situation.
The aim of these short consultations is to answer specific questions of those seeking advice or to show them possible reactions to current situations.
The hotline can be reached under the VeV number 056 552 02 05.
At the moment, this offer is provided on a voluntary basis by the VeV advisory team.
Our goal is to support this even more broadly in the future.
