The VeV hotline with short consultations is staffed from 08:00 to 22:00.
In addition to its regional counseling sessions and comprehensive separation counseling, VeV Switzerland now also offers brief telephone consultations.
The new VeV hotline is Monday to Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Counselors from the association are available to provide callers with a free 30-minute initial consultation to assess their situation.
The aim of these short consultations is to answer specific questions from those seeking advice, or to show them possible ways to react in current situations.

Currently, this service is provided on a voluntary basis by the VeV advisory team.
Our goal is to expand this service in the future.
