Criminal complaint filed against official guardian
The foster father of the 13-year-old girl who is to be returned to her mother in Brazil against her will has filed a criminal complaint with the Rheinfelden district office against the responsible public guardian.
The accusation made is: deprivation of liberty and breach of duty of care to the detriment of the girl. According to the foster father, in whose care Sandra B. was for three months, the official guardian represented those of the mother and the Aargau courts instead of the girl's interests. (mz/bbr/pbl)
