13-year-old “Sandra” has been locked up in an escape-proof manner since May 9th.
All contact with the people she knows is interrupted. Exception: Father and mother are allowed to make monitored telephone calls. No personal contact. She doesn't even get her personal effects or clothes. With us, Sandra had regular school attendance, a train subscription, her own kickboard, could call and email at any time, and had schoolmates and friends.
She could move freely. She doesn't have any of that today.
But it is not the Aargau judiciary, which enforced this unspeakable imprisonment through police kidnapping, that is accused of child abduction, but rather my wife and I. Why does the Aargau judiciary, Chief Judge Marbet, “assistant” Bösehart, act in such an inhumane way? We only have one explanation: the will of this strong, self-confident girl must be broken. So that what has already happened before does not happen again. The attempt to deport Sandra to Brazil on May 10th failed because of the 13-year-old's desperate physical resistance. As a reminder: Sandra grew up in the canton of Aargau, is a Swiss citizen and her only crime is that she wants to stay in Switzerland.
