Today the second chamber, the Council of States, also passed the bill on joint custody.
Attached is our media release for today

With 40 votes to 0 and one abstention, the council voted to accept the proposal.
Compared to the version of the large chamber, the Council of States added a few refinements and corrections, which now requires a so-called differential procedure. This will be prepared by the commissions of the two councils in the next few weeks and then discussed again by both chambers in the summer session.
So it remains exciting.
