Children need both parents

| Alternating care , topics

Martin Widrig comments on alternating custody in the Tagesanzeiger. He is a lecturer at the Chair of Procedures and Fundamentals of Law at the University of Freiburg and a profound expert on the subject; he has already written several specialist articles on alternating custody.

His current article comes to the conclusion that the spread of alternating custody may have less to do with the willingness of parents than with the courts' willingness to deal with it in the first place.

There is still a lot of work to be done before a care model that is viewed as ideal worldwide finally has a legal chance in Switzerland.
