The Legal Commission of the National Council approves the parliamentary initiative 21,449!

The initiative by National Councilor Sidney Kamerzin (CVP / the middle of Valais) reflects the social zeitgeist and was therefore fortunately undisputed. The Legal Commission approved the proposal unanimously with one abstention.

We are delighted with today's result, which sends a clear signal.
Alternating custody is only very much about money.
The primary aim is to ensure that the child has as equal contact with both parents as possible. It is also about enabling women in particular to remain in the work process or to get back into it.

The umbrella organization GeCoBi and the western Swiss association CROP presented their position in a joint letter to the members of the commission.
