Yet again!!!

the Aargau Higher Court makes a scandalous decision! Two children are to be deported to Brazil again, against their will.

The two boys Christian and Cassio live with their father in Aargau. Like their father, they are Swiss citizens. Both clearly emphasize that they do not want to return to their mother in Brazil and also give clear reasons for this.

But the Aargau judges don't want to know anything about it.
The higher court has decided – the boys have to go back. And because the father has gone to the federal court, they now want to do it very quickly. Even before the Federal Court can take action on the reconsideration action. So you want to create facts again before justice is pronounced. Just like Sandra did a few weeks ago!

We at VeV will not allow ancient moral concepts to be lived out on the backs of children again.

We call on the Aargau Higher Court to immediately reverse its decision and allow the two children to remain in Switzerland!
