You tried it!

Despite all the father's attempts, the courts have decided against his children. They have once again placed a mother's right to her children above the children's right to their free will.

This morning the Aargau police tried to pick up the children. They initially proceeded as if they were deployed against dangerous subjects. The situation was only de-escalated when the media, alerted by the father and representative of the VeV, arrived. After lengthy negotiations between the parties, the deportation was finally prevented for the time being. The Bremgarten District Court is currently in session and will try to find a viable solution. It is hoped that the children can stay in Switzerland.

We are very happy that the two boys are allowed to stay for the time being. However, we find it a bit worrying that it takes so much media presence before the authorities are ready to come up with sensible solutions.

We will continue to follow the fate of these two children and report on it!
