Jorge Guerra is a German lawyer and psychologist and now works as an expert, mediator and contact supervisor.

He is also a lecturer and works on various research projects at Leuphana University Lüneburg and at the Protestant University of Applied Sciences Nuremberg, on topics such as family law, conflict management and mediation, as well as on topics such as social sustainability, ethics and values, gender and diversity, migration work, empathy in leadership, family law and conflict management.
