VeV Hotline

With its hotline and free brief consultation service, VeV Switzerland is filling a gap in services. In addition to its regional counseling sessions and comprehensive separation counseling, we now also offer brief telephone consultations.

The VeV hotline is available from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 20:00 and on Saturday from 09:00 to 15:00 under the VeV number 056 552 02 05.

Behind the scenes, advisors from the association are available to provide callers with a free 30-minute initial consultation to assess their situation.
The aim of these brief consultations is to answer specific questions or to show callers possible ways to respond to current situations.

Currently, this service is provided on a voluntary basis by the VeV advisory team. Our goal is to expand this service in the future. To achieve this, we rely on your support.
