VeV hotline

With the hotline and the offer of free short advice, VeV Switzerland fills a gap in services. In addition to the regional consultation meetings and detailed separation consultations, we now also offer short telephone consultations.

The VeV hotline is available from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. under the VeV number 056 552 02 05.

Behind it, advisors from the association are available to give callers a free 30-minute immediate consultation to give them an assessment of their current situation.
The aim of these short consultations is to answer specific questions of those seeking advice or to show them possible reactions to current situations.

At the moment, this offer is provided on a voluntary basis by the VeV advisory team. Our goal is to support this even more broadly in the future. We also depend on your support for this.
