With our online counseling session, we've been closing a gap in our counseling offerings since 2020. In addition to the 10 physical counseling sessions that take place every month, it's now also possible to participate in a session online. These sessions are conducted by various counselors.
All VeV counseling sessions are for parents who want to structure their mutual contact with their children differently.
When it comes to contact between parents and children, the quality and bonding elements of regular contact are less important than the quantity. New media allow for special attention to this aspect, but they cannot replace regular personal contact.
Children have two parents and should be able to maintain good contact with both parents, even if there are difficulties at the couple or parental level.
It is therefore crucial that parents deal with the issue at an early stage, get help if necessary and also find good solutions for secondary aspects of relationship maintenance such as the material conditions. Every “Child” project must be continued in the interests of the child, even in difficult situations.
