Newsletter of the VeV Switzerland

Dear readers and
esteemed members of VeV Switzerland

News
, as the Federal Council announced today in a press release, it intends to move forward with the adjustments to family law proceedings.

This addresses numerous initiatives that we have supported in recent years, some of which have been pending for a considerable time.

This addresses a major issue: the procedural aspect, specifically the future implementation of laws by courts and authorities.

This is a very welcome development, as this is precisely the point we have been criticizing since the legislative amendments of 2014 and 2017.

The full press release can be read here.

Best regards,
Oliver
